Who I Am
I’m Lyndre Diederichs (PhD), an Impact Strategist with a focus on helping Canadian based researchers activate the full potential of their work. With a background in strategic planning and communications, I help researchers share their work beyond academia in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

What I Do (in plain terms)
I work with researchers to build Impact & Visibility plans you can actually run. That usually looks like:
- clarifying impact goals and audiences
- making a simple pathway for visibility and engagement
- design authentic personal branding
- setting up light-touch systems you can keep up in ~1 hr/week
- creating or refining a small set of “evergreen” assets (profiles, website copy, talk outlines)
- aligning with knowledge-mobilization expectations—without the buzzwords
These strategies help meet growing expectations around Knowledge Mobilization and research impact—showing funders, institutions, and collaborators that your work is being shared and applied.
See the Services page for more options.

What this isn’t
- not hype, not “personal branding for the sake of it”
